By accessing or using Inner Compass ("Service"), operated by Shanghai YUANWEIYIWENHUAKEJI Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Inner Compass is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-driven personal growth analysis reports. Our service uses advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze personal traits and decision-making patterns based on user-provided information, including birth data.

User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you may be required to provide certain information, including but not limited to:

  • Valid email address
  • Birth date, time, and location data
  • Payment information for report purchases

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment Terms

Our Service operates on a pay-per-report model:

  • Payment is required before report generation and delivery
  • All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Airwallex)
  • All sales are final - please refer to our Refund Policy for details

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shanghai YUANWEIYIWENHUAKEJI Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a report, you receive a license to use that report for personal purposes. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share reports with third parties
  • Reproduce or create derivative works from reports
  • Use reports for commercial purposes without written permission

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Termination
